Is my companion a real person?

No. Every HelloSoul companion is an AI. Their life story is imagined, written for them rather than lived, and if you sincerely ask, they will tell you so plainly. They won’t pretend to be off doing things while you’re away, either.

Who is HelloSoul for?

Adults, 18 and older. It’s made for companionship, whether that’s friendship or consensual romance, at a pace you choose. It isn’t a therapist, an emergency service or a replacement for the people in your life. Read our approach.

What does my companion remember, and can I change it?

What you share and choose to keep: the people in your life, what’s coming up, how you like to talk. You can see where a memory came from, correct it, pin it or forget it. Memory only works with your consent, temporary conversations leave nothing behind, and Keep Home private keeps personal notes off your Home screen.

Can I create my own companion?

Yes. Choose a look, describe who they are, and HelloSoul imagines a life story you can reshape before you meet. Then choose their voice from a few picked to suit them. Every custom story is checked before it’s used.

How do call hours work?

Free includes 5 minutes of calls a month so you can hear their voice. Pro includes 10 hours a month and Pro Yearly 12. Each call runs up to 15 minutes, and you can call again straight away. Need more? Extra hours come in 1, 3 and 10 hour packs on any plan. They never expire and are only used once your monthly time runs out.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don’t sell your personal data or conversations, and we don’t use them to build advertising profiles. You can export your story or delete your account from inside the app. Privacy, in plain language.
