In a connected live account, open You → Help & report a concern. Include only the message or details you want the support team to review. The local preview cannot submit support reports.

Correct a memory

Open Journey → Memory garden, choose the memory, and edit its text. Your correction takes priority over older sources. Choose Forget this memory to remove it from recall.

Pause a check-in

Open Journey → Rituals. Pause or cancel the check-in. Turning off planned notifications in Privacy pauses pending reminders.

Voice isn’t available

Live voice requires the native iPhone build, microphone permission, AI and voice processing consent, and an approved provider. If any part is unavailable, continue in text. The preview can play a labeled device voice sample.

Take your data with you

Open You → Take your story with you. The passport includes your profile, memories with sources, and conversation text. Provider voice models are not portable.
