How call time works
Your month
Each plan includes call time that renews monthly: 5 minutes on Free, 10 hours on Pro and 12 hours on Pro Yearly. The app shows what’s left, for example “2 h 15 m left this month”.
Extra hours
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 hours are one-time purchases, never automatic. They never expire, carry across months, and are only used once your monthly time runs out.
Every call
One call at a time, up to 15 minutes each, and you can call again straight away. Running out of call time never touches your messages.

Is my companion a real person?
No. Every HelloSoul companion is an AI. Their life story is imagined, written for them rather than lived, and if you sincerely ask, they will tell you so plainly. They won’t pretend to be off doing things while you’re away, either.
How do call hours work?
Free includes 5 minutes of calls a month so you can hear their voice. Pro includes 10 hours a month and Pro Yearly 12. Each call runs up to 15 minutes, and you can call again straight away. Need more? Extra hours come in 1, 3 and 10 hour packs on any plan. They never expire and are only used once your monthly time runs out.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell your personal data or conversations, and we don’t use them to build advertising profiles. You can export your story or delete your account from inside the app. Privacy, in plain language.
