This development build includes a local preview. Its conversations, memories, and settings stay in your browser or device storage.

Your data is not for sale

We do not sell your personal data or conversations, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles. Necessary processing by the providers for features you choose to enable is explained below.

When you connect a live account

Live conversations require explicit AI processing permission. Approved conversation, voice, and image providers receive the content necessary for the feature you choose. These features remain disabled until the relevant providers and processing terms are approved and configured.

Separate choices

Memory, voice, image processing, and notifications have separate controls under You → Privacy & permissions. Microphone access starts only after you choose to start a call. Only selected photos are shared. We do not request your contacts, precise location, or entire photo library.

What is remembered

You can inspect a memory’s source, correct it, pin it, or delete it. Deletion excludes the fact and its original sources from future memory retrieval. You can also delete its source messages. Temporary conversations do not write durable conversation text or memories; transient provider processing still applies.

Export and deletion

Use You → Take your story with you to export a readable continuity passport. Delete local preview data from You, or delete a live account after signing in again. A live deletion revokes access immediately and queues media removal. Provider and backup retention must be documented before public launch.

Before public release

This is an implementation disclosure, not a final legal privacy notice. The legal operator, contact details, approved subprocessor list, retention schedules, international transfer terms, and launch regions must be finalized before opening the service to the public.
